TrouBLe Cowl

Here's a cowl knit almost entirely through the back loops to provide an interesting texture to the drop stitches. It is really no trouble at all! Knitting this way makes the drop stitch sections pop out a bit--it looks a bit different.

Yarn: Bulky ribbon yarn, I used a ball  of Crystal Palace Trio--55 yards. This yarn is very lightweight.
Needle: Size 15, 24" circular needle.

Cast on 48 stitches. Place marker and join for knitting in the round.

Round 1 + 2: Knit TBL.
Round 3: Knit TBL, wrapping yarn three times around needle for each stitch.
Round 4: Knit TBL, dropping extra wraps.

Repeat Rounds 1-4 twice, then repeat rounds 1+2 once more.
Bind off loosely.
