A Rare Food Post

I'm not a big cook (understatement) and I'm not that good of a cook (oh, I have a few things that I can whip out but not a lot) but this is one of my favorites--a blueberry 'cobbler' from the Jane Brody cookbook.

It is easy, it tastes delicious (especially with ice cream) and it looks fancy!

Oh Berries are the best right now. I like them all of the time, but this is THE time. I'm happy with a little mixed with cut stone fruit, maybe a little sprinkle of sugar in the fridge ... maybe a little whipped cream. swoon. Your cobbler looks not just fancy but good!!
