I'm still trying to get on some kind of a 'schedule' this summer but this week has been challenging given  the holiday on Wednesday and the World Cup (only one more week of this fol de rol in which I am ALL IN for Belgium because why not. But let's do a little TGIF.

Thinking about--how much I'm enjoying reading the blogs from various people who participated in Kathy's swap this summer. There's even someone in Oregon! I know people say blogs are so passe but I'm just not that into Insta (as the kids call it) and I like being able to keep track of stuff on my blog. I often go check to see when I knit different things. That said, I was just looking at the list of blogs that I follow and there are lots that are no longer around. Rav just isn't the same.

Grateful for--our Oregon summer so far, which has not been hot. At all. We're supposed to get up into the high 80s starting next week but it will still cool off at night. But that's a long way off, and who knows what will happen.

Inspired by--the research I'm doing into Brand Responsibility, the focus of the new program I'm starting in the Fall, and the hopes that we can be part of a society where businesses commit to people AND planet AND profits.

Fun--I'm really enjoying counted cross stitch!

Love your stitching! I use my blog to record my projects, preserve some family history, and highlight my community. I don't "Insta" either and have no desire to do it.

I've lost a lot of blogging friends, too. I like the blog as a reference for who and what has happened-it is a good way to keep a photographic diary.
There has been good friends all along the way , too, and that is a bonus!
Glad you are enjoying the cross stitch-summer will sort itself out soon.

Your stitching is looking great! Fun pattern. There are a number of blogs that I used to read that are no longer publishing. I miss them. I don't post on Instagram...guess I like a little more "meat" with my posts...and others.
