Last night was a little Alpaca Lady outing--several of us went to one of those 'drink and paint' parties. It was at a vodka and gin distillery that just opened. They apparently had very good vodka and gin (I don't think any of us drank) because the other ladies there were really, really enjoying themselves. If you know what I mean.

We had fun.

This is Ann, me and Terry showing our finished creations. Ann's was the best.

It was pretty fun, if you've never done this. The host walks us through every step, and we completed the paintings in less than two hours. People are very supportive and you can basically do whatever you want.

And I finished the body of Circus Movement, as well as the top border.

The bottom border is about 12 rows (maybe 16) so hopefully this will be finished this weekend!

The scarf is really pretty--soon we will see you share the finished work!

So glad you had a good time with the paint-party! I've never tried one, but I know a lot of people who have -- and they all had a lot of fun. Your paintings ALL look great. XO
