A Blustery TNT

We're having another storm---50mph wind gusts and rain (but oddly not pouring rain). We sat by the fire for a bit this morning, then after our morning routine I went to the grocery, then we had a quick dog walk.

And now--my new TNT. It's Counted Cross Stitch and it is a pattern called "A Snowy Stack."

I took it out of the hoop for the picture. Basically, the snowy stack is a polar bear, and on top of the bear is a hedgehog and a deer--on top of the deer is a fox and on top of the fox is something I don't remember.

This one is a bit more 'basic' than others--there are only three colors in the bear, for example, and I think three in the body of the deer. And two in the hedgehog. It's wintery but not explicitly Christmas (although I think there are some little Christmas trees on it. Anyway, I am having a blast doing this one and so yay! New TNT for you to enjoy.

I'm still reading "The Searcher" but am also reading "Someday, Someday, Maybe" by Lauren Graham and "The Unraveling of Cassidy Holmes" because I need something a little lighter and escapist--I'm having a small Family Thing that will hopefully resolve soon but it makes reading more dark stuff not welcome.

Happy TNT!

I love the stitching project, Kim. I am always drawn to "stacking" motifs, so I can't wait to see this one unfold. XO

Great cross stitch project! I like those simple, basic ones. Can't wait to see how yours progresses.
