TNT and A Bit of Busy

Not sure exactly what has been so busy, but it has been busy.

Let's start with TNT, shall we? I know this doesn't look a whole lot different but I'm getting the 'big' parts done and then I'll move on to the small decorative bits.

I still love it.

Saturday we took the dogs to Neskowin--about 7 miles south of here--and had a good walk up the beach and then through the village. Neskowin is a cute little village with cute little cottages and not much else--an Inn and a few little cabins on the ocean and some little restaurants. No gas station, no grocery store, but it does have a golf course.

The rock you can see is called Proposal Rock.

We've had some beautiful sunsets.

I read "The Daughters of Temperance Hobbs" which is kind of a sequel (but not really) to "The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane." I liked both of these books as they involve academics and witches, two of my favorite things.

We watched the new "Rebecca" on Netflix and please skip this and rent the Alfred Hitchcock movie instead. Thank you.

I've had two book  projects I needed to give a little TLC to but now those are (temporarily) done, and I can get caught up with all my other stuff.

You may now return to your daily life.

Pretty, pretty stitching. And pretty, pretty pictures of water and sky. Beautiful!

Your first line pretty much sums up my entire existence! ;-)
And you certainly live in a beautiful corner of the universe. XO

Beautiful sunsets! The cross stitch is looking great. That's how I do mine too. Big parts first, then add in the details at the end.

The tower of animals would be a delight to stitch!

I'd heard that about "Rebecca." The Hitchcock version is near perfect.

The polar bear rocks.

Great job on the stitching-it reminds me of the kids' tale of the Town of Bremen Musicians!
