Certainly not me. What have I been doing since Wednesday's post? I had grading (done), meetings each day (long), organizing my masters program for the handover (in progress) and dealing, still, with stupid university politics. I have one more meeting left, a few bits and bobs of organizing to do, paperwork for putting the house on the market to complete, and then the start of the Great Unpack. Even though most of our stuff is in the garage in Eugene, we did bring out a bunch of stuff and I'm working to get it all organized now. Yesterday: bathroom stuff. Today: craft stuff.
I have been working on the Powder Shawl and am done with the first ball of yarn (the recipe says it takes four balls). I still like it although this isn't the most exciting shawl. Which is good, given that we're both still pretty exhausted from our Eugene Marathon.
Here it is:
We're (mostly Tim is) organizing some home improvements for here: meeting with a landscaper, booking a cabinet maker (we have two places now that just have a bench and we want more formal cabinets) and our builder---we're going to put a barn door in my craft room to block out the washing machine and dryer (and will then give us a lot more storage).
I have also been trying to read! I'm so off my reading game. I'll share my book reviews for May in the next day or so.
I hope you all are good!
